What do IBM, Oracle, SAP, JBoss and Sun Have in Common?

According to this announcement, they are all building their next generation Java server technology on OSGi.   If I am not mistaken, basically 95%+ of the Java server market is now based on OSGi.   That is a pretty compelling statement on the importance of OSGi.

Of course Equinox is a pretty important part of this equation as it is the OSGi implementation being used by a number of these vendors.
